You will be working on your quads, hamstrings, and glutes!! I used 8 and 10 pound dumbbells today so grab your heavy weights! We are working for 90 seconds per exercise and taking 30 seconds of rest in between each round. Make sure you listen to the cues about breathing and you make sure your technique is your priority and not speed!
