Pineapple Skin Tea for Weight Loss

My friend Vicky has been doing Pineapple Skin Tea for Weight Loss for awhile and swears by it. She looks great so I thought I would share and give it a try. You can view the recipe and steps below. I’m going to start today and report my progress.
 
Simple steps to make pineapple peel tea:
 
1.Wash the pineapple very well and cut it into square or rectangular pieces.
 
2.Add pineapple peel to boiling water.
 
3.Remember to wash the pineapple thoroughly.
 
4.Add cinnamon and let it simmer.
 
5.Remove from heat and serve.
