I challenge you to Eat Clean, Train Mean and Get Lean!
I started on January 6th to this 40 day Fitness Challenge but you should Start today, any day is a good day to start.Don’t postpone!
Start by writing down your main fitness goals.
Here are mine main goal:
Look good in a bikini – To do this I needed to have the confidence and to do this I need to lose 30 pounds. My Goal is to workout 5 days a week in the morning and eat super clean. Watch my calorie, sugar and carb consumption and make sure i burn more calories than I consume.Drink lots if water to clean out the toxins and stay hydrated from all the exercise.
Be active everyday. Make it your intention to get in extra steps each day, move more each day.
Have a positive mindset. Tell yourself you can will get to your fitness goal, Put up sticky notes or put motivational quotes all over your house. Half of the battle or more is mental!
Make sure to celebrate the small victories. Small victories are still getting you closer to your goal!

January 6th:
Weighed myself and definitely determined to get in better shape. I have my workout video 21 day fix planned out and I will workout each day and eat clean. I have bunch of healthy snacks to grab in the fridge and have dumped out any processed foods and foods that have too much added sugar.
January 13th
I have lost 3 pounds this week. Super stoked! I worked out every morning. I did 21 day fix. (You can watch the videos on my facebook page JustKeepMovingMotivation) and followed the a strict clean diet.
January 30th
I weigh and measure myself every Sunday. So far I have lost 9 pounds and 1/2 inch off my arms and belly section. I feel good in my clothes but I’m not done yet. I have 21 pounds to lose.
I also added planks and pushups to my routine. I store a lot of fat in my belly and arms so I have to work extra hard to workout these area.
