No gym, no problem. These 5 moves build strength with your body weight and a few square feet of floor. Do each one for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds, and repeat the circuit 3 times.
1. Push-ups
Start on a wall or your knees. Move to the floor as you get stronger. A push-up board shows you where to place your hands to target chest, shoulders, or triceps.
2. Squats
Feet shoulder-width apart, sit back like you are reaching for a chair, then stand tall.
3. Plank
Elbows under shoulders, body in a straight line. Start with 20 seconds and add 5 seconds each session.
4. Glute bridges
Lie on your back, knees bent, and lift your hips. Squeeze at the top for 2 seconds.
5. Jump rope
Two minutes raises your heart rate fast. No room for a rope? A cordless jump rope gives you the same workout in a small space.
Finish with 5 minutes of stretching or foam rolling. Your body recovers faster, and you show up again tomorrow.
Level up each move: master the plank hover, build grip with the dead hang, and swap the jump rope round for the 10-20-30 workout.
